Listened to a management consultant today, read this article yesterday. Made me smile as I was being told about win-win situations and he drew this:

Of course, I called him on that saying a scale presents a zero sum game. And then I got some bullshit about he was talking about the 'feeling' or something equally stupid. What a great day.
